Testimonials

"The Adaptive Yoga Teacher Training was exceptional. The training efficiently takes you through all the chapters of the Adaptive Yoga book by Ingrid Yang (which is amazing on its own) yet incorporates and weaves in valuable insight that is instrumental for your success when working with clients/patients/students. Ingrid Yang, MD and Jennifer Chang PT, both experienced yoga instructors, provide their medical expertise and hands on experience, explaining conditions and how each asana can be utilized as beneficial components to overall healing. This information is not only for populations discussed in the training but for EVERY BODY regardless of a person’s condition be it mild or severe, a beginner or advanced yogi. I would go so far to say this training is a must for every yoga teacher and student that wants to better understand the asanas and the mechanics of the body as it will enhances your ability to better support your students. Just recently, I reached out to the instructors for more information and they immediately respond. It is obvious they both genuinely care about the information they are sharing and want to help us assist our clients. Last, the training is extremely efficient in its use of time and flows smoothly, allowing for questions at the end of each session.  Again, I highly recommend this training to anyone. I look forward to any future trainings with this dynamic duo." - Jenn M., South Africa
